The drive thru line was out the parking lot and down the side road. I waited in line for 5 minutes and it didn't advance at all. I decided to try and go inside to pick up my mobile order instead. The lobby was locked. The mobile app has no way of getting a refund. This location has gone downhill in the last 6 months, move on!

I was very patient waiting at the register. Once the young man was able to take my order, he greeted me with a beautiful smile and apologized for my wait.
