  I placed online order for pick up at 5:45 they sent message be ready 6pm got there order was not ready 7pm finally got my pizzas .they tried to over charge me .Then pizzas did not have everything on them that we orded and best thing the drivers are coming in start make pizzas dont even wash there hands manger told they dont have to wash there hands lol.what joke time to call state inspection.

  Ordered our pizza over an hour ago. We are still waiting for it. I called the store and they don’t know why he passed our place, which is on the right side, to go further down 21 and deliver. This is the third time we have had this issue. I am done with this location. Such a shame.

  Three different times i have had to cancel my order because they quote a time and then it is an hour later before they begin to make it. Just negative experiences and excuses.

  I did a carryout order last night and was waited on by a woman. I know I was kinda being a little difficult and a she handled it with grace. After interacting with her for a few minutes she had me looking at this all different because I was pissed my order wasn't ready. She apologized about the wait and that she was a driver and that they all were doing the best they can. I stood back after that and watched them all working hard and it hit me she was right I seen the order screen and could see the numbers. I myself used to work for a pizza joint up north so I somewhat understood the order numbers. I heard other customers come in and complain, cancel orders, etc. All because the screen in the lobby said in prep but the app said 20 minutes and it's been 40. I think the online app needs to be where the store can adjust the timing. I feel like that's 99% of the problem here. It's NOT the staff but the app. Plus they don't have a lot of room. I watched driver after driver take out anywhere from 3 to 4 deliveries each. I witness the whole crew worked as a fine machine. They all acted and worked and helped one another as one, as a family. Whoever the store manager is here should be proud of this team he or she has and as a member of this community we need to do better. Be more understanding have more patience. It wasn't like they all were all standing around not doing anything. They all were busting their tails getting our orders made, put in oven, out the oven, boxed up. Once my order was completed the same driver that waited on me was just getting back I guess from a delivery and she seen my name when she was grabbing her next delivery and she called out my name handed me my order apologized again for the wait, told me to have a wonderful night and thanked me for my patience. I'm not sure what employees you all have dealt with talking about poor customer service. Because I watched all of them aknowledge every customer that came in the door.
