Don’t understand why it took over 10 minutes to make a wrong blizzard. And they didn’t flip it ☹️

I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard. They gave me the wrong blizzard which I noticed immediately because it had chocolate and not cheesecake. I don’t like chocolate. So my husband took it back in and they replaced it with the right one. I only ended up eating about half and decided to throw it in the freezer and finish it after lunch today. Literally the whole bottom of the cup is plain vanilla ice cream, which I didn’t make it to last night. I paid for a blizzard and only got half of one, love that for me.
