  We received extremely unbecoming, childish behavior from the drive-thru attendant. How corporate allows this is beyond me. Where are the managers? This episode was enough for us to wipe our hands of this location.

  Was ok. One of the main entrance doors was locked and middle of the afternoon having to make patrons walk around the corner from patio seating to other entrance. Pretty sure thats a direct fire code violation, because it does not meet criteria for it to be locked from outside. A very big inconvenience for customers who want to sit outside to eat or enter to do business. Veggies on bar where very low and some looked as if they where burnt and stuck to pan.

  Update- My Oral Surgeon confirmed today (02/24/2026) the affected tooth is severely broken and will need to be surgically removed under sedation. There was something in my food and it hurt my tooth badly. While eating, I bit down on extremely hard burnt pieces/foreign objects, causing severe tooth and jaw pain. I’ve been taking 800 mg of ibuprofen because my in-network dentist does not have availability for three weeks and I cannot afford out of pocket care at this time, leaving me in significant pain with no immediate care. I am still in pain three days later. At the time of the incident, we immediately dug through the bowl by hand (apologies for the Chipotle-covered fingers) and found four pieces total. John placed this order for me. We eat frequently at Chipotle and used points for this order so it was placed through the mobile app. Despite reaching out through the app, we have not received a response regarding this serious issue. Serving food that can cause a dental injury like this is unacceptable. Not only does my tooth ache but my jaw does too. Chipotle needs to investigate this immediately to prevent anyone else from being hurt.

  The food was great. Check your chip bag! No only were the portions small but the chips were also extremely stale.

  Food was amazing once opened, now not as good quality. We accidentally ordered at the wrong location (Pooler) and the automated system and chat was not working for us. We went inside to chat with a team member and they said there was nothing they could do to help us even after using all other resources. We had our 2 small kids hungry and ready to eat and could not drive 30 mins to Pooler. I feel like since it's all the same chain and it was a mobile order, the manager should have been able to confirm the order at Pooler and help facilitate a refund or transfer. The manager sent the team member out instead the first few times to get us to just place a new order or leave. Once the manager came out she said they were afraid of being audited and still would not help. We're going to Pooler next time or maybe just stick with Chikfila. The service is not something I would recommend to anyone.
