  We stopped by placed our order, it gave us the option to pay at the register and waited there for 35 mins I went and ask about my order and the lady at the counter told me that if I hadn't pay at the kiosk it wouldn't send the order to them, so we left to another Macdonalds cuz' people had already been waiting that long image if I would start waiting again. This place is a waste of time.

  🤡McDonald's has a new theme.. it's called never get it right! 2️⃣3️⃣ minutes to get my to steak egg and cheese McMuffins. As you can see a bagel instead of a McMuffin and no round egg. Very typical as of lately at all locations. Please do better clown

  IF YOU ARE ON 95, take it from a local. GO TO ANOTHER Mcdonald's! Ticket 211 a fish fillet with no cheese and large fry and a coke. Pretty simple order. Placed the order with two other customers waiting for food and what looked like two cars in drive through. Watched all those customers depart as I stood there quietly. Watched 7 employees stand near drive through window having a great time talking among themselves. Watched the cook with my sandwich on the counter in front of him taking food out of the warming drawers and eating and playing on his cell phone for 3 or 4 min while I stood there. He noticed me watching and then was refilling the Tartar Sauce gun. I tried to get the attention of at least one of the seven that at this point were discussing what they were doing after they got off work. At that point was time to just leave. I left my 211 ticket on the counter then held the door open for the two customers bring their drive through orders back in. I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise when this review comes from a local and all the locals have the same opinion!

  Do not stop at this McDs. There are McDs on many exits all along I95. Stop before or after this one unless you have no real schedule to keep. The food is fine but the service is so slow for a McDs. We waited almost 30 mins for our meal. That isn’t fast food and we didn’t have a special order or anything.
