- BDByron DApr 4, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Food Lion ever since it opened over a decade ago is gone so far downhill. Customer service is nonexistent you feel like you’re inconveniencing the cashier of being there. When they’re done ringing your stuff up, they don’t tell you or let you know the total so you’re stuck standing there. Not sure if they’re ready for you to pay or not. And what made me take the time to come in today was several cashiers were wearing headphones. The one that I interacted with had giant over the ear ones and couldn’t hear me and I could hear his music playing out of them. You never see any management in sight so you don’t know who to speak to. I hope something changes at this one soon such a bummer because is the closest grocery store to my house.
