    The pizza kind of sucked unfortunately. I wish there was a higher level of care or quality control and it makes me hesitant to even order again. I asked for extra sauce and go basically no sauce, I was really light on the pepperonis and the way it was cut was butchered.

    I’ve had multiple negative experiences ordering from this location, and unfortunately tonight was the final straw. The first time I ordered, my food was delivered over an hour past the stated delivery time. I attempted to call the store multiple times, and no one answered. The second time, I chose pickup specifically to avoid delivery issues, and that order went fine. Today, I decided to try delivery again because it was what we needed. I placed my order with an expected delivery time before 7:30 PM. When the food never arrived, I called the store several times—again, no answer. Because of this, I had my husband go to the store to find out what was going on and possibly pick up the order. When he arrived, no one wanted to speak with him, and no one seemed to know anything about our order. The store was not busy. After he asked again, someone from the back finally said the order had been canceled because they ran out of certain pans and claimed they had been calling me to notify me. I did not receive a single call, voicemail, or notification. I also verified in my Pizza Hut app that my phone number is correct—there are no issues on my end. They supposedly refunded the order, but I will be checking with my bank to confirm that the refund actually goes through. What’s even more frustrating is that no alternatives were offered. At the very least, I would have expected an attempt to remake the order in a different size or offer a larger pizza with us paying the difference, which would have been completely fine. Instead, there were no options provided—just, “Oh, we canceled it. I think you got refunded.” The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If I hadn’t sent my husband to the store, we would have had no idea our order was canceled. At this point, I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut location. The Domino’s in the area has been consistently reliable—on time and responsive—and this experience confirms where my business will be going moving forward.
