  I’ve had multiple negative experiences ordering from this location, and unfortunately tonight was the final straw. The first time I ordered, my food was delivered over an hour past the stated delivery time. I attempted to call the store multiple times, and no one answered. The second time, I chose pickup specifically to avoid delivery issues, and that order went fine. Today, I decided to try delivery again because it was what we needed. I placed my order with an expected delivery time before 7:30 PM. When the food never arrived, I called the store several times—again, no answer. Because of this, I had my husband go to the store to find out what was going on and possibly pick up the order. When he arrived, no one wanted to speak with him, and no one seemed to know anything about our order. The store was not busy. After he asked again, someone from the back finally said the order had been canceled because they ran out of certain pans and claimed they had been calling me to notify me. I did not receive a single call, voicemail, or notification. I also verified in my Pizza Hut app that my phone number is correct—there are no issues on my end. They supposedly refunded the order, but I will be checking with my bank to confirm that the refund actually goes through. What’s even more frustrating is that no alternatives were offered. At the very least, I would have expected an attempt to remake the order in a different size or offer a larger pizza with us paying the difference, which would have been completely fine. Instead, there were no options provided—just, “Oh, we canceled it. I think you got refunded.” The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If I hadn’t sent my husband to the store, we would have had no idea our order was canceled. At this point, I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut location. The Domino’s in the area has been consistently reliable—on time and responsive—and this experience confirms where my business will be going moving forward.

  I apologize for the long read in advance, but please read before ordering from this Pizza Hut location. I attempted to order delivery on the Pizza Hut app. Most locations don't have it yet, but when my fiancée and I saw the Gluten-free crust available at this location, we jumped at the opportunity to try it. We placed an order for delivery and I had the confirmation email and text as well as confirmation in my app. About an hour and a half passes and we're wondering where our pizza is, so we try to call the store to check in. The phone number listed on Google and the app (the same number) isn't actually a phone number in the store. They told us they were transferring us to the store, and then the phone rang for 5 minutes before we hung up and tried again. This time, we just wanted to get the order canceled/refunded and just eat somewhere else cause we're starving. They give us the "corporate" number, which is just a customer complaint line. We're both mad and hungry at this point, so we drive over to the store. The kids in there acted shocked that there was even an order, and the one kid was in his car smoking when we arrived. They all told us they didn't have a Gluten-free crust and that they just canceled the order, but never called me or updated the app/website. So 2 hours later for an order that was supposed to be delivered to me, I drove to the store to verify my account wasn't charged and that the order was canceled. Outrageous

  Worst experience stay away from this pizza hut . Order 5 pizza for my daughter Xmas party . Go pick up they ask my order I tell them they say it's in the oven now . 30 minutes later manager comes ask me my order oh we don't have that order . And basically goes back to work no apologies will get it in oven right now I mean nothing no solution . Had to walk out I was so mad . Stay far far away unless you want to waste 2 hours then go to grocery store and buy frozen pizza

  Sharing my experience even though based on the lack of response from Pizza Hut on the already terrible reviews I see that they don’t care. I’ll start by saying I take half the blame because I picked up my food and didn’t check before leaving, I was just coming from work and tired. HOWEVER, my whole order was wrong. We ordered the 19.99 special: 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon rolls(2 dollars extra). The pizzas were suppose to be 1 chicken sausage with Alfredo sauce, the other half pepperoni and have chicken sausage with marinara sauce. On both pizzas we got grilled chicken not sausage and cinnamon sticks(which is included but we paid 2 dollars extra for the cinnamon rolls) in short they just gave us whatever they wanted. Won’t be back.
