Sometimes people are busy I get it. Customer service standards these days arent that high. But then when the young lady (didnt get her name) finally asked me what i needed i said id like to order. And I kid you not she said “can you order online we’re kind of busy”. No customer service or anything. I laughed and said okay. I came in mind you with a coupon which was the only reason I came. So i tried to order online with the coupon, didnt work. So i waited again at the counter. This time a youngish guy came to me, a lot more friendly. He took care of my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back to pick up my food and miss young same POC, same girl, asked why i was there, i said to pick up my food under my name. She got my food and just dropped it on the counter. Not a good day or anything. I get that fast food business can be tough, and people have bad days. But personally that is just unacceptable to me. And i really dont know how this person has a job. Not coming here again, and if you want a good customer experience (a business is a business they are busy all the time) i recommend you do the same.
