    I just got home with the order I made at the Drive Thru at Arby’s in Richmond Hill, GA. The service was nice. The food ??? My order consisted of a Greek Gyro meal, two beef and cheddar sandwiches, two peach roll ups and a large jamocha shake. The total came to almost $32.00. The gyro was nowhere to be found. My husband tried to call there twice, but no one would answer the phone. Mistakes happen, but this place makes more mistakes than not. I still have the receipt and I will be taking it there tomorrow in hopes of speaking to the manager in person. They have some real winners working at drive thru restaurants in this area. Really sad. I’m also posting to Arby’s Corporate. If only one of you DAs would have answered the phone. Very, very poor customer service.

    Teedris was very friendly taking our order. The food came out hot and fresh. The tables were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

When a receipt shows that someone has ordered horsey sauce for a DELIVERY and you STAPLE the bags shut, it is expected that the 7 packs of horsey sauce should be there when the driver collects the bag. But no, no sauces because it is listed as free or add-on ... This is the only reason I can assume you refuse to put sauce packets in the bags. And no straw! This is not the first time you have done this to me and my family.
