Got looked at by multiple employees and other drive thru orders were taken. Don’t dash here.

Asked for food dropped fresh, got home and everything was hard and cold/old. I usually check my bags before I pull off, but was in a hurry. So disappointed and disgusted.

I just got home with the order I made at the Drive Thru at Arby’s in Richmond Hill, GA. The service was nice. The food ??? My order consisted of a Greek Gyro meal, two beef and cheddar sandwiches, two peach roll ups and a large jamocha shake. The total came to almost $32.00. The gyro was nowhere to be found. My husband tried to call there twice, but no one would answer the phone. Mistakes happen, but this place makes more mistakes than not. I still have the receipt and I will be taking it there tomorrow in hopes of speaking to the manager in person. They have some real winners working at drive thru restaurants in this area. Really sad.
I’m also posting to Arby’s Corporate.
If only one of you DAs would have answered the phone. Very, very poor customer service.
