Carts haphazardly or inadvertently hiding items im specifically looking for, stockers not aware they are in the way while looking at you as if the customer is the problem, i would completely understand early morning or end of the day, but to walk an aisle midday and have to navigate multiple carts is unnecessary and not customer friendly, given the grocery climate other stores offer less invasive workers. Cashiers are friendly and efficient.

The morning shift offered no communication, and no eye contact with a demeanor that was unwelcoming. This is unfortunate.

We purchased a bag of ice at the cashier and when we went to the icebox it was completely empty. We went back to the cashier who was busy... this person also doubled as the customer service desk agent... And when we told him there was no ice in the bin and asked me if there was another place in the store for ice he said "oh I guess we're out of ice" and did not offer to refund our money that we paid for the ice.
