  Cold fries. Cold Sandwich. Charged for sauce that was not received. Toppings on my food which had been specifically marked and requested to not be put on. Like What if someone had a allergy You just want to kill them then. Rude communication. Rude service. You guys lost another customer. Wendy's is just going downhill especially this location.

  It took forever to prepare two fish sandwiches. I had to pull into the mobile pickup lane. Several people experienced the same issue.

  Pretty sure she was the manager but I accidentally forgot to add me and my sons frostys to the order and came up to the window and asked very politely if they could be added and this lady had an attitude and told me no like I was a child. Which is absolutely ridiculous. She was just rude and lazy and didn't want to.

  Honestly, an overall great experience. Hailey was fantastic. She was super friendly, greeted us right when we walked in, and kept the entire front of house clean the whole time we were there. You could tell she stayed busy and took pride in what she was doing. We actually went up and ordered twice because the food was so fresh and good. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were peak today. And in the words of my 9-year-old daughter: “It was good… like really good. Like really, really good. The only bad thing is they were out of Sprite. But at least they had ginger ale.” 😂 Big shoutout to Hailey for making it a great visit. We’ll definitely be back
