  Had just unloaded items into storage unit after a 5 hrs drive. Just want to go in a sit and have a meal before heading home. Dining room is suppose to be open till 11. At 9:50pm staff had already locked the doors. Asked why at drive thru and response was "we wanted to close at 10 tonight". Unprofessional. Sad experience.

  I ordered through the app, then go to drive-thru to pick up order. Food is always hot & fresh. Staff is always pleasant.

  Tried the new Big Arch tonight from this location. The flavor was actually pretty good at first, but after a few bites I noticed the burger looked undercooked. When I checked, both patties were still pink/raw in the middle. Ground beef shouldn’t be served like this. I ended up throwing the rest of the burger away. Just sharing my experience so others are aware. Hopefully the kitchen takes a closer look at the grill times going forward.

  The staff were extremely rude ! Barely acknowledged when I walked in , ordered on kiosk. We didn’t get forks for food and when I asked for silver ware, I got eye rolls and sighs from the “manager”. Won’t be back to this location !
