  They say they 25hrs I pulled up at 1:00 and they said they wasn’t taking no more orders mind you I’ve pulled up at this McDonald’s at 4Am and they still took my order

  DON' WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you order here you will be sorry.Iwas there on Sunday. They had the buy one Double Cheeseburger and get one for a buck. I ordered them without cheese and extra pickle, when I got home they had cheese on them. I went back to get then with no cheese. When they gave me the bag I checked and they had a receipt on them that stated no cheese and extra pickle. So I went back home and when I removed them from the wrapper they had cheese on them. I wasn't going back a third time. The fries tasted like they were cooked on Saturday and just reheated. This place is awful.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances because it’s close to my home, but unfortunately the service continues to be consistently poor. The drive-thru is extremely slow. On several occasions I’ve waited over 30 minutes with only about five cars in line, even though there are two drive-thru lanes. This morning was especially frustrating. I was waiting in one lane and watched them skip over me and continue taking orders from three vehicles in the other lane that had arrived after me. When they finally took my order, the employee kept loudly repeating everything I said for confirmation in a tone that sounded very irritated and bothered, almost as if taking the order was an inconvenience. When I pulled up to the window after paying, the employee barely opened the window, only a few inches, and impatiently shoved my drink and food out to me. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no “thank you.” It felt extremely unwelcoming. Sadly, this wasn’t a one-time experience. I’ve had multiple negative interactions with the staff at this location, which is disappointing because basic customer service goes a long way. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The management team really needs to focus on hiring and training staff on proper customer service and drive-thru efficiency.

  They made me wait at the drive thru about 5 minutes before the guy told me to wait. Then I asked for a cappuccino and he had no idea what that was. He said a what? I said Ca-ppu-chi-no and he said I don’t know what that is we don’t have that. How does one not know the menu where they work? I asked if their machine was broken, Then he snapped and yelled “I already told you no, ok?” So I just sped off. So unprofessional. Please go elsewhere.

  Friday 3/6/2026 12:23am After a loooong day at work and spending family time on the other side of time and not eating all day I decided to stop on my way home here for a Filet-O-Fish combo. The young black gentleman at the window was so extremely polite fast and efficient when taking and receiving my order...also a shout out to the awesome cook it seemed like it was only maybe a total of two or three people working tonight and the line was starting to get along but they did not get discouraged or unprofessional. I really wish I had cash I would have given him a $20 tip for handling the drive-thru so professional!!! Keep up the work young professional crew!👍🏼🏆
