We stood in line for over 10 minutes and were not even acknowledged. Floors were sticky and dirty. It was not busy. We were totally ignored.

Management here is terrible. If they get your order wrong you basically have to argue with them just for them to fix it. Nit to mention the wait is very long for some reason and when they finally do come out your food is wrong, cold, or even missing some parts. DON’T COME HERE unless u want to waste money. Also if you come at 10:30 and it says they close at 11pm just go else where because they will not take your order.

So I’m not going to lie second shift is a little shaky but I came in on first shift to get my order recorrected and If I may say wow complete 180 from night to day. first shift staff from the young man at the counter to the manager on shift. You guys made my week especially after having a hard couple of days recently 💪🏾 Thank you again 🙏🏿
