I pay a price expecting to receive everything from my order but no every time my items are missing, the customer care in this store is honestly really bad, they don’t take phone calls and the app doesn’t help with anything if you got an issue. this is the closest location to my house and every time I had to use drive thru or in store pick up I have to wait almost an hour or more for my order

I've tried ordering from this location THREE separate times myself, and my brother-in-law, who lives with me, ordered once as well. That's FOUR orders in total — and 100% of them came wrong. Every. Single. One. Today was the last straw. I ordered a meal and they didn't even bother to send fries. FRIES. The one thing people go to McDonald's specifically for half the time. I asked for plain sandwiches, and of course they arrived loaded with vegetables. I ordered ice cream, and they didn't send any disposable utensils to eat it with. It's almost impressive how consistently bad the service is. At this point I genuinely don't know what management needs to see to realize this entire team needs to be retrained from scratch. This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald's location I have ever encountered.

It is a drag, I spend 20 to 30 minutes in the drive through when there's 0 cars in the drive through granted, the parking lot does have a few cars, but still it takes forever for anyone to even answer at the order post now. The people inside are super nice and they're super great, but it takes way too long to get my food. This is something that you guys should get fixed.Or I will not be stopping by here anymore.And I do stop by here 3 to 4 times a week.Thank you
