  Worst McDonalds I’ve ever went to! I sat at the order station for about 5 minutes saying hello but no one answered. I then drove to the window where I was greeted by an older employee ( maybe 70 ) who tell me I wasn’t sitting there long and was very rude and disrespectful. After taking my order I paid and was told to drive up to the door and wait. I sat at the door for another 15 minutes before going inside and asking for my order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Bro do not go this McDonalds at night all they do is serve old food. You have to tell them to make fresh food. I asked for fresh nuggets they gave me that with old fries that was cold. I came back through the drive through for fresh fries and they gave me the same old batch of fries they already had. I hate coming to this location at night I have lost so much money coming here expecting a different outcome. The Hiram location further but I’ll take the drive. Don’t waste your time.

  Drive thru consistently takes forever especially at night. Staff is cool though. CFA seems to have the recipe for fast service despite line and always has their shake machine working.

  I don’t know what this places issue is with sauce, but if someone orders nuggets, give them their sauce! I get nuggets here OFTEN and y’all ALWAYS leave the sauce out. THEN, when I add extra at the window you make a big deal cause it cost more. Yall owe me so much money in sauce it’s ridiculous. I bet you remember the sauce when YOU eat some darn chicken nuggets. Just got my Uber Eats. Not only did you not add my sauce, you did not add the EXTRA sauce I ordered. PAY ATTENTION.

  This location is the worst!!!!! Not only do they see you at the counter because the kiosk prompts you to pay there, the manager and all workers will look at you several times without offering to help. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me here. I actually took several months to go to the East-Connector location due to another horrible experience here but I went back today (which my mind told me not to do) and again no change in experience. I have been going to the East-Connector location which is furthest from me just because no matter how long it takes to get my food, they always assure I have been taken care of and that I'm not just standing around waiting for my order to be taken, or ticket paid for. This location needs a revamp and desperately. I am officially done with this location. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
