  Absolutely terrible service and timing with deliveries. Placed order at 7pm and it estimated and 60-75 minutes. I could understand if it’s busy, but an hour and a half later, order still isn’t delivered. Online it’s still estimating it to be another 15 minutes before the driver gets here. Last time I ordered, the same situation happened. It wasn’t always like this with this location, so I tried to give it another shot tonight. However, this will absolutely be the last time we order from here. Also to note, last time we ordered, the order arrived wrong. Again, I assumed it was hectic and mistakes happen. Now I realize this location just has zero care in the world for service. I wish I would have realized how awful these other reviews are as well for this location.

  Ordered 2 pizzas tonight. One was regular crust and the other the bland gluten free. Both of the pizzas arrived with regular crust. Those in the house that can eat gluten said the pizzas were ok so I gave the 3 stars for them. I tried calling the store to let them know that they had made a mistake and to see if maybe I could get a replacement pizza with the correct crust. Nobody has answered the phone yet so I dont know if I could get the problem corrected. In case you were wondering, if you are on hold for a really long time, the phone will automatically hang up on you at the 53 minute mark. Seriously.

  I'm not sure what the deal is with this Domino's, but something always goes wrong whether I pick it up myself or have it delivered. The last time I ordered pickup, I waited about 40 minutes, then drove to the store only to find out they hadn't even started my pizza. I then waited another 30 minutes in their parking lot before my pizza was ready... this time, to avoid that same issue, I ordered delivery. After 30 minutes, I got the notification that my order was on the way. It took the driver almost an hour to make it 3 miles to my house. I watched them stop at a random location in the opposite direction, drive to Dairy Queen and sit for 15 minutes, and drive to another random location before starting to go towards my house. Just close down the whole store or get rid of the team and start fresh with new management.

  No one was keeping in mind the basic hygiene. No gloves for most of the workers. They’re touching the counter their ear,hair and then touching the dove. The one wearing gloves is the surgical gloves and never change- was there for one hour to get a simple pizza ordered from home to pickup. It was not ready and at first I was given the one without my topping then the next one after one hour I got had everything on it. They don’t care who get what. I’m done. Will never go back there. Unbelievably unhygienic condition. Someone should survey their store ☹️

  i been waiting on my food for over an hour and a half. ive called the store 6 times without getting an answer not one time. the eta on the delivery order just keeps getting longer and longer. once my order was past the delivery time the first time is when i started calling and looking at the tracker. i set my order at 3:01 at 4:16 it said they started my order over, mind you i still couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. now it said the driver has had my pizza since 4:27 but has not left the store. mind you i live 9 minutes away. terrible, i cant even get anyone to answer the store phone to ask whats going on. and the delivery time is still just getting longer and longer away. i am actively still sitting on hold, again .
