But they delivered my pizza with BURNT PEPPERONI’s. This means that the staff looked at the pizza, did a “quality check”, and thought that this was okay. I am done with this location.

When I checked my front door, I didn't see any pizza. SO THEY DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Then I called after waiting forever; they said, "We are very busy! Sorry, we’ll give your money back," and hung up on me. I called 3 more times and waited for almost 45 minutes to get the store manager's name, but they didn't answer. What a HORRIBLE service.
