Contacted support and they put me in touch wth the management and they would rather lose my business than refund my single blizzard they made but I couldn't pick up while I don't have a car. Which I informed them I didn't have a car. They had the gall to offer me a free blizzard, if I want to come pick it up. Clearly meant as an insult not a fix. Will not work with this location again. The Hiram location is not far and they actually care about their customers. As you can see from their response below, they think that's good business. Go to the Hiram DQ.

We won't be back to this dairy Queen for sure.... Winning hospitality I tell ya!
