  This is definitely by far a very friendly Dairy Queen. The Manager is very nice. I think She is over worked she's the only person you see all the time. The food quality is not so good over the years. Very nice staff. Just the teens could tighten up in the grooming area. It's not just this restaurant. It's very noticeable with all of the restaurants in that area. No one is big on cleaniness or presentation anymore. Overworking. Underpaid in places that make really good money. It just seems like team meetings should come back to play. Overall I don't fool with any of the other dairy queens. This one by far is the cleanest. The windows are always clean. But just make the kids take their hair. It's food. Easy to have hair fall. And possibly stop fixing food with the gloves you take cash with. I'm posting here because this seems to be the only restaurant in the area that may take heed and notes. Now looking at the reviews...I stand on this being the most inviting place to want to eat at. Times are hard. People are tired and overworked. To the owner. Your staff deserves a raise and the Manager Lady seems loyal. She's been there for a good while. And she's leading today's youth. I hope that she is noticed and that she is rewarded well. Take note to Your people. Give them personal time and keep that set of teens. They're very polite. They try. With some meetings and a raise or some reward of appreciation. The store will be #1. I don't know any of these people. I just love y'alls desserts. I drive far to come to this dairy 👑 🌞 🍪🎂

  Food sat cold with no one saying the order number , a bunch of highschoolers that's untrained ! Never again !

  I went through the drive through had to pull up for 3 tenders the boys gave me my drink and ice cream so I sst for 3 to 5 min got out my car thry didn't even have to fixed smh

  I pull up to get a lime slush with ice cream and A male, through the speaker, tells me they’re out of ice cream, slushes, coolers, anything that was cold or frozen. They told me they were out of it. That is very, very bad business and the whole point of Dairy Queen is ice cream, slushes, etc. This reminds me of the sonic that used to be on Thornton Road, I’m pretty sure they’ll be out of business soon Just like them if they keep this kind of behavior up. I’m so sick of spending all my money on bad customer service and companies that can’t even keep the very items they’re there to sell in stock. It doesn’t make sense. My visit was on Sunday evening, March 8, 2026 in case anybody who actually might own that franchise cares. ADDENDUM, THEN THEY REPLY SAYING I'M CONFUSED!! I WAS TOLD BY THE MALE AT YOUR DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW EVERYTHING I POSTED ABOVE. YOU HAVE A LOT OF NERVE. I TRIED TO CHANGE MY ORDER TO A COOLER AND THAT IS WHEN HE SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE SLUSHES, ICE CREAM, COOLERS. DON'T INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE! WOW. MAYBE CHECK WITH THE EMPLOYEE WHO TOLD ME THIS. I DIDN'T MAKE IT UP, THAT'S RIDICULOUS.
