  Ive been waiting on my food for 30 minutes now, i’m surrounded by blue collar men who have also been waiting on their food for over 30 minutes probably on their lunch break. The manager is rude, and I didn’t even have to speak to him. He was already to busy arguing with a customer… A lady who was waiting in the drive thru literally walked inside to get someone to give her the food?? This used to be the BEST taco bell around but honestly i wouldn’t even waste my time trying to place an order just to wait 30 minutes.

  Terrible manager on duty segill or something like that - I guess they don’t realize people can have opinions Terrible customer service- Waited 45 mins for my food seems intentional at this point terrible staff Three hard shell tacos & a five layer burrito

  I wish could give zero star. The food is exceptionally bad. Like how could you go wrong with Taco Bell ? You come here !

  DoorDash driver, some lady locked the doors early and I didn't know what was going on, went to the drive thru and was confused, was told their lobby closes at 10, which is unusual for Taco Bell but it was still before 10 then some guy tells me don't ask questions or whatever, what they say goes but I did nothing wrong and wasn't even rude in the slightest bit. He decided to try and talk tough then that's when I let him know that I've contacted corporate about problems with Taco Bell before then he walked away. The same girl hands me my DoorDash order then slams the window. Very unprofessional, I'm from Charleston,SC and in the area obtaining my CDL and DoorDashing just to get me through the days. In the near future, hopefully they don't send me back to this store to do deliveries. If you say the lobby closes at 10, then the lobby closes at exactly 10. Still unusual for Taco Bell, God be with those people that work there.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location of Taco Bell. I clearly asked for beans instead of beef on everything in my order, but when I got my food, every single item still had beef in it expect nacho fries. I want to request that if you don’t want to customise anything just tell the customers that you can’t do it instead of messing up with the order.
