I’ve been coming here for the past year and more than 70% of the time I order the fries and it’s overcooked or under seasoned. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place definitely takes the cake in having the worst fries on a consistent basis. Have a reasonable and sound plan on conducting quality control on the products people want to eat and spend their hard earn money on.

The front door was broken, leaving us standing outside for several minutes before an employee finally let us in, without any acknowledgment or greeting. Once inside, the lack of customer service continued. The restaurant was visibly dirty, and they were out of several items. We only stayed because we were traveling and needed a quick stop, which turned out to be a mistake. The food itself was extremely disappointing, dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting in old oil. One item even had hair on it, and parts of our order were missing. To make matters worse, there were no napkins available, and it took several minutes for staff to locate some in the back. The drink station was also an issue, as all of the beverages were flat. We used the restroom while there, and it was just as unclean as the rest of the facility. Overall, this location shows a serious lack of cleanliness, quality control, and basic customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone, and it appears to need significant attention before it should be serving customers at all.
