When I paid I wasnt given a receipt and when I asked for one I was told the machine was down. My mashed potatoes also had an ant on them.

A couple minutes later another guy came out (assuming the manager) and told me I needed to leave because the lobby is closed. If the lobby is closed, why aren't the doors locked? Why did your employee offer to make my order? There was only one car in the drive thru. As a courtesy, why not take the order? So I need to leave, go to the drive thru, and order food id already been waiting close to 10 minutes to order? This is the epitome of abysmal service. If this is the experience to be expected from this corporation, I'll never support. I would recommend going somewhere that treats people with the respect. Avoid this business. They obviously could care less judging by the lack of professionalism and decorum. In other words...trash experience
