  First time visiting a Bojangles. This location had the absolute worst service and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Although I’m now hearing that fast good service in South Carolina is very below national average standard. This group at this location did not know what they had as far as beverage and they could not communicate that we had to wait 10-12 mins for fries. After I went in from the drive thru holding spot to cancel my order, they said the fries coming up. Then they were out of sweet tea at 7pm on a Thursday night 🤦🏻‍♂️ Luckily I should never have to return to this location, but now I’m hesitant in visiting a different location. I think the food options could be good, but let’s step up the service bojangle franchises!!!

  I love bojangles I'm from North Carolina and been eating it my whole life. This might be the worst bojangles I've ever been to, I waited 40 minutes for a simple meal. The tea absolutely terrible nowhere the bojangles I grew up with in NC the fries I didn't even eat them. People working were friendly that's about the only thing going for it. This the 3rd bojangles I've been to outside of the Carolinas. Bojangles please stay home, expanding has done you no favors and your dragging your name through the mud. I don't know what changed our who bought bojangles out but yall are going downhill quick.

  The chicken was awful, it was old and horrible looking. The dirty rice was fresh but I threw away my sausage biscuit because it made my stomach turn. I will say the young lady with the glasses provided us with excellent customer service but I will not be returning to thos location ever again.

  when we visited this bojangles there were 4 people working, yet only ONE young man with an afro was actually doing his job. this young man waited on everyone, made and bagged all of the food while everyone else INCLUDING the manager sat on their phones doing absolutely nothing. i am in utter disbelief at the treatment of this employee and i sincerely hope that this young man finds new employment with people who are actually going to do their jobs and not leave it all to him.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I hope it helps someone else avoid the same mistake. The customer service was extremely disappointing—from the staff to the manager. The attitude alone made the experience ruined it. The chicken looked like it had been sitting out for hours—dry and unappetizing—so I didn’t even take it from the pickup counter because it did not look edible. They were completely out of sodas, and when I asked if there were more in the back, I was told, “If it’s out in front, it’s out back too.” No effort was made to check or resolve the issue, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, employees were working in socks and sandals, which raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety standards. Due to all of this, I requested a refund. I would strongly recommend skipping this location. The Taco Bell next door was noticeably cleaner and provided much better customer service
