  i went to the window nobody came i went to the parking speaker and nobody came i also seen a whit man walking around and he aint come online said they were open so i want to know why i couldn't get my slushy

  I hate to say it but terrible. Just left the drive thru after waiting 20 minutes for a burger and some fries. I tried to be patient and understanding as it seemed this girl was there alone and very irritated but my burger not only made me terribly sick instantly, but it had a 2” long piece of clear plastic in it. Definitely not worth stopping here. Super disappointing.

  Ordered DoorDash delivery from this location today. Ordered Sonic double bacon cheeseburger meal for me and 1/4 pound Coney meal for my wife. My burger was so dry and overcooked that it was not edible. The bacon was burned and that flavor was all through the burger. The tots were barely warm. Her Coney was not even delivered. Her onion rings also werent hot. When we called the number for the store, it kept saying that we couldn't complete the call as dialed, which tells me that number isn't in service. Is it so difficult to get an order together and make sure the driver has everything before leaving? I wouldve put up with my burger because nothing these days is made to my quality standards like it used to be. But just flat leaving her food out made it far worse. Paid over $60 for this meal. For her to have nothing but lukewarm onion rings for dinner. And DoorDash would only refund the price of the Coney, not the whole meal, which was ruined completely by short sighted employees. Won't recommend. Won't return.

  Please fire every single person that works at this location. Waited 30 minutes at the drive through just to be told “it doesn’t work”, then “oh were you trying to order?” as if me being in line is not reason enough. One of the employees was wearing a literal bonnet while cooking. Another employee was spending their sweet time on a break. Please get these people out of this location and hire others. This is absolutely insane and unacceptable, along with being a main reason why this area is having such issues with this location.

  It is truly sad how bad this establishment has gone down in service! You sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes or more with only one or two cars in front of you! I have literally pulled off and went to get food elsewhere! The hotdogs come out burnt, old cold fries, it’s horrible all around. Don’t even think about going on your lunch break because you won’t get back to work on time. I have started driving to Rincon when I want Sonic. Way better food, everything is fresh, employees are so friendly, and you’re not in line longer than 7-10 minutes! Worth the drive! The one in Pooler is horrible! Do not recommend you go there!
