  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering from McDonald’s. I ordered a burger and fries and instead received completely wrong items—chicken nuggets and fries—and everything was ice cold. Not just slightly cool, but cold to the point it was obvious the food had been sitting out for a long time before being sent out. What’s even more frustrating is how careless it felt. This wasn’t just a simple mistake—it seemed like there was zero attention to quality or basic standards. Sending out the wrong order is bad enough, but sending out food in that condition shows a complete lack of concern for customers. The only positive here was the delivery driver, who was on time and did their job. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the restaurant’s lack of care. If this is the level of quality control, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  I ordered coffee with a table service, and they made the coffee and left it at the counter. I went to the counter and asked the server why was it left there when it clearly says TABLE! She looked at me and said: OH, sorry! Well sorry doesn't cut it.

  I had such an outstanding experience thanks to Lionel at the McDonald’s in Pooler that I felt compelled to share it. His customer service was truly exceptional—honestly unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru window, Lionel was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude completely made my day. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness and respect. He didn’t just provide service—he created an experience that made me smile and made me want to come back again. What stood out even more was his kindness on a personal level—he noticed I was wearing a leg brace and took a moment to sincerely wish me a quick recovery. That simple gesture meant a lot and truly shows the kind of person he is. Lionel absolutely deserves recognition for his hard work. I truly appreciate the effort he puts in, and I believe he deserves a raise and major kudos for the way he represents the restaurant.
