- LKLavi KaurMar 26, 20262.0I've never ever had a bad experience with Five Guys. However this experience warranted a review. First of all the kitchen seemed extremely crowded....I'm unsure why. Secondly, the orders were behind so many customers were located inside the restaurant, everyone looked uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Thirdly my 7yr old actually wanted Cajun fries....when we received the fries they were very soggy and heavily loaded with Cajun seasoning to the point that no one at the table could eat one....we did get regular on the exchange and they were still soggy. Lastly, the food is way too expensive when it comes to a family of 3 and I just was really unhappy and this place TYPICALLY always makes my entire family happy and full of smiles. I would hope for a better experience if we were to return. Thank you for hearing me out. Might I note the woman who took the fries back and replaced them was VERY kind and sympathetic 🌹

But its getting ridiculous. $102.80 for 4 burgers, 4 fries and 4 drinks. My main complaint is I got a bunless bacon cheese burger and asked for extra bacon. I got two half strips of bacon. So thats one whole piece of bacon on a bacon cheese burger with extra bacon. At 102 dollars I could have had a steak dinner. At 102 dollars I dont think you should be skimpy on the bacon. Your slowly killing your old fan base.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
