Bathroom was clean and working. The manager walked around the dining area asking people how is everything. What a pleasant surprise.

Thinking I misunderstood, I asked them to say it again. "Come inside if you want your food faster. Our drive thru register is broke". I'm guessing its easier to inconvenience your customer rather than walk 10 feet with a headset on to continue to serve the customers that made a choice not to go inside when they actually pull up to the drive thru. Good job Wendy's.
