  We came in for a mobile order and we were not greeted by the 4 people that were there. I even went up to the register to place an order I was not attended to. So I ended up putting the mobile order. I ordered a kids smoothie and it’s been 20 mins and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been watching their interaction with customers and they are extremely rude. Don’t know their name but they have auburn hair and she practically threw out order at us.

  I had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 1:15pm. I didn’t get my food until 1:34 after waiting for so long. I stood at the register for over 10 mins to ask about my order and none of the workers acknowledged me. They just kept walking past me and never said anything. Terrible service for my food to just be sitting on the counter.

  I went here a few days ago for a smoothie as a fun treat. When I went in it was obvious the place was poorly run. The crew was clearly exhausted and it appeared that some were overworked. The smoothie was good, however, I felt like the service wasn’t and that there needs to be a better environment.

  It is with great sadness that I must express dismay over the management of this venue in Pooler! While I love the smoothies, I am disappointed by the overall lack of enthusiasm among the employees due to insufficient staffing to handle the increased traffic. For instance, the drive-through window was not available today because of the limited staff and high demand within the store. I left as others behind me did!! The prices of added items have increased by half, while the energy level of the workers, mostly high school kids, has decreased! Where is the leadership, mentorship, and motivation from the top to make these workers feel valued, thus trickling down to the customers?

  The service at this location has always been slow, but yesterday was the last time I will patron this location. I used the drive though and after placing my order pulled up to the window, and handed the staff member my payment. Not once did the person serving me my shake acknowledge any of my thank you responses, must have been about 5 times we interacted. After waiting I would say 10-15 minutes the staff realized I was still sitting there and had not been given my shake. It was sitting on the counter and multiple staff members walked by it. One girl was on her phone not paying any attention and the rest of the staff was goofing off laughing and messing around. They need an actual adult there to manage them or a very mature young adult, something. I’d avoid the drive through at all costs.
