    Was supposed to be my dying grandmas last meal. She died before they got our one order of tater tots and slushy out. Rude employees, terrible food, not worth the half an hour wait in the drive thru at all. Save your time and money go to cfa.

    Welp Here I Am At Pooler Pkwy Sonic And It’s 10pm 🕙 location isn’t set to close until 12pm here I am sitting at the order box looking like a fool wondering why no one is taking my order, sonic has fell off so badly horrible experiences at multiple restaurants

    We waited over 15 minutes at the order board and nobody answered. Two other cars that were waiting to order longer than us ended up leaving. The drive thru literally didn’t move even after we sat in it for an additional 5 minutes. We just ended up leaving, that was ridiculous.

    Worst experience ever!!! Would not take 2 orders at the window so I ordered one through the app. One of the workers came out and asked if I forgot something. I informed them him that I ordered through the app as well. He said “oh” and went back in. I had to go and knock on the door and ask for my order. A different worker came out and said “oh, I forgot about that order”. Then the first guy came out with the food right after the second guy closed the door

    Just had a wonderful customer experience with Dante. He took and confirmed my order. He was clearly understood and polite. He smiled and genuinely acted happy to be at work and interact with his customers! My burrito was cooked nicely with fresh ingredients and it was nicely portioned and rolled perfectly! My daughter’s bourbon coffee was tasty and neatly prepared. Nothing lacked in service or food. Thank you for a great quick breakfast!!! We will return!!!
