  Took over 20 minutes just for the order to be wrong. The cooks didnt want to do their job, limited options in food due to them being frozen (I was told). Just full regret and lesson learned never to go here.

  Drive thru speaker is labeled as broken and says to pull around to the window except absolutely no one is answering. I ordered ahead of time. Just a drink and had to wait nearly 45 minutes before anyone showed up. There was a line of 7 other people some of whom tried pressing the red buttons to call them and no one answered. The phone number automatically ends the call after one ring. Absolutely awful service. This is the Sonic closest to my home and work but I honestly have no idea how its still in business because there is never anyone inside working.

  this is hands down the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Since moving here I’ve avoided this place like the plague. Thought I’d give it another chance today, wrong move. App is down, drive through head sets don’t work so pull up to the window, 15 minutes before greeting me, sweet tea is disgusted, food is cold, cheese burger with no cheese. All in all it took 35 minutes to get subpar food that cost $15. Go anywhere but here.

  Literally doesn't even care that their intercom's busted and takes 15 minutes to do one drive through order, do yourself a favor and don't bother. Complete was of time,

  Do not go to this sonic. First I pull up to order, they tell me they are doing mobile orders only. I pull around and park to make my mobile order. I finish that and drive back around to see them taking drive thru orders from people. I get in the drive thru line to get my order because the app wasn’t linked up to my order and I wait for almost 30 mins for my four drinks. There was two cars ahead of me. That’s it. I get to the window and they keep walking right past me. Literally two people inside working. They have no help.
