    I went thru the drive thru today and ordered $21 worth of food. The almond danish I ordered was completely burnt. It didnt look or taste like the almond danish that I usually get. That's bad customer service. When you all pulled it out of the oven, it was burnt and you saw that and you still decided to sell it. I should have looked at the reviews before I visited this branch. My sandwich was cold as well. 🙄 Please go to another panera location. Not this one. When you don't give people what they ask for and still charge the same amount, it's the same as stealing!

    Wife ordered; I picked up. Staff was friendly and professional. They made sure all the food was there along with napkins and utensils. Food tastes great and the family pack we bought is a good deal.

    I had a gift card to Panera Bread and I am so happy that I stopped by for dinner. So good and fresh. Chocolate Chip cookies were the best dessert

    Superb customer service. Friendly staff who go above and beyond ! Good solid tasty sandwiches..I had the Hot Italian. Superb coffee. The dark roast w half and half and cinnamon is incredible! The broccoli cheddar soup was the best.it was very good! The potatoe soup is a little thin and bland in my opinion and the French onion has an odd tangy taste. The atmosphere is calm with great music playing. Overall a good lunch choice. Service again is the best !

    Have sip club got there just before closing so a lot of stuff I wanted out of stock for the day but did enjoy a grilled cheese and Mac and cheese had 2 bucks off the pick 2 but I would rather had the bowl not just a cup I did not think to ask but she did not ask would u like a cup or bowl and also she did not ask what side I would like I always forget included bread I rather have the apple but for some reason if I'm not looking at the screen I forget what it comes with and it said cause I used to work at Panera we always asked like would you like a cup or bowl full or half sandwich and what size drink and what the side maybe cause so close to closing but I did remember to ask when I seen the receipt could I get an apple instead of bread
