Paid in advance at the advice of the employees so we would be sure to have our order. Got the confirmation in my email that they would have our order ready by Noon Christmas Eve. Fast forward to Christmas eve, and we call to confirm our order was ready and were told that if we did not order that morning, our order would not be honored, regardless of whether we had already paid or not. No, I'm sorry, no we will try to make up for the inconvenience...... Just too bad, so sad we have already run out, we canceled your order. HORRIBLE customer service.... will never go back.

I also enjoyed the atmosphere and cozy environment. But on top of everything, the manager, Mckenzee, was exceptional!! She greeted me with the biggest smile and took my order with pure kindness! This kinda service is not what I expect when I go into a place so it was a breath of fresh air to go into this Panera! 10/10 WILL be back!!!!

I was given a chicken salad sandwich and a sprite. Not really sure how you mess up a mobile order when you have 20+ minutes to make it…I called to let them know because I am not able to drive all the way back tonight just to get what I ordered the first time. They offered to remake it between now and this week. Unfortunately Im in town for just a couple days as I dont even live here. Very Disappointed…according to other reviews this is a common occurrence do better.
