  The lady at front was very rude been waiting for the past 46 minutes for an order and i asked why and the lady at front told me there was only two people doing orders which i get but still its been 46! Minutes and its not even that big of an order very rude talked to me very loud if i could give this place a 0 i would

  I’ve now had two separate DoorDash orders from this McDonald’s stolen/mishandled, and the way the staff handled it both times was extremely disappointing. On both occasions, someone else picked up my order before my driver arrived. When my driver went in to get the food, staff refused to remake the order, even though it was clearly their store that handed it out to the wrong person. To make matters worse, they also refused to cancel the order on their end, which meant multiple drivers kept being sent to pick up food that was already gone while I was stuck contacting support trying to fix it myself. This isn’t just inconvenient, it’s poor order control and even worse customer service. If orders are being stolen, there should be a verification process or at minimum a willingness to remake the food when the mistake happens in-store. Twice now I’ve paid for food I never received, spent extra time dealing with support, and been left without a resolution from the restaurant itself.

  The lady that just took our order got the order wrong, then when we got to the window to pay, got mad at my girlfriend for asking to correct 1 thing and badmouthed her to her coworkers right in front of us. Horrible place and sad workers

  Whoever’s working closing shift drive thru 01.29.26 terrible customer service. Food wasnt done right. straight up chicken bacon and bun no fixings no sauce. Employee yelling at customers, straight up unnecessary attitude.

  This business doesn't even deserve a one star for anything. The lady approached the counter after I asked through the pickup window if she was the cashier, and by the time she shows up and couldn't find my order because I don't use the self serve cash kiosks anywhere I go! I am a customer service specialist and I expect that the business where I choose to go in and spend my money knows that I pay their bills!!! Obviously, this lady had rather argue over where's my order in less time it would have taken to punch a large black coffee on that screen she was tapping around on and had my coffee paid for delivered and I would have been out the door, no hassles. Instead, your lazy slack customer care is pitiful help. ThAt is ALL!!!
