  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. When we walked in, there were only two employees working — a young girl and a young boy who both appeared to be high school or early college age. Right away, we were told that the donuts in the display case were not actually the donuts they had available. The girl even said that the display was “just for looks.” While I understand that inventory runs out, it was confusing to have a full display that didn’t match what was actually available. While we were trying to decide, the girl walked around pointing to different donuts and touching food items while holding her phone in the same hand, which didn’t feel very sanitary. She then motioned for the other employee to come help us. He came out wearing headphones, looked like he would rather be anywhere else, barely spoke to us, and slowly started preparing the box. At that point, the girl said, “This is all we’ve got,” and there were only about 4–5 types of donuts left — mostly the less popular flavors. There weren’t even any plain original glazed donuts available. We did our best to pick from what was left, but the donuts were cold, and the frosting on top of several of them had hardened. The employee boxed them up very slowly. We ended up just taking the donuts, paying, and leaving. This really isn’t the Krispy Kreme experience it used to be. I’m only in Savannah occasionally, and my hometown doesn’t have a Krispy Kreme, so I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the atmosphere, the service, and the donuts themselves were all disappointing. It just felt like a very strange and off experience overall.

  Just came by to get a couple of donuts. They state they were out of stock and said you can choose from left overs. Really I waited in line to be told to pick from left overs. This has got to be the worse shop I been to.

  This is like a KK front. Lol. The hot light was on and I was expecting to walk in and see them cooking down the assembly line. Nope. Not one donut on display. $15 for a dozen "hot" which were essentially microwaved for 15 seconds. The coffee was cool to the touch. KK you can do better.

  The employees were very disinterested in helping the customers and were more interested in talking with each other. The woman said we have to wait for the coffee because "they be brewing it fresh" but when we got it the coffee was cold, sour, and the worst coffee l've ever tasted. The donuts must have been at least 3 days old or something as they were very dry and obviously not fresh. The two guys boxing the donuts were both chatting and dancing over the donuts without any spit guards. No hygienic behavior whatsoever! Needless to say they all had the typical attitude problem too.
