Nobody came out, so I had to go inside, only to find the drinks sitting on the counter for who knows how long, with the cold foam already melted. This is the third time this has happened. Last year, I had to reach out to the manager because the staff was inefficient, unhelpful, and rude. Same situation. The manager apologized, but the problem was not resolved. To make matters worse, our order was incomplete. I paid for donuts that we never received. Curbside service at this store clearly does not work properly, and the staff seems unable or unwilling to help. I hope management takes serious action, because this has been a recurring issue and is extremely frustrating.
