So I left the store and went to the drive-through, hoping for better service — only to be told there was no manager on duty. That explains a lot. This location has been here for years, but today’s staff showed zero professionalism, care, or urgency. All I wanted was a simple double shot espresso, but I left with nothing but disappointment.
