  Dropped in first time at this location in Pooler GA off hwy 80. Young man that too our order was very nice and friendly with excellent customer service. We ordered a large supreme deluxe pizza with one half black olives. The young man that too our order was making our pizza walked away momentarily. Another female employee walked over to the pizza rubbing her nose and touching and adding a few items. I told another employee not to let her add or touch pizza. She was upset and said her nose was itching because she has allergies. The original employee returned to finish pizza. He was friendly with small talk while we were waiting. It took around 10 minutes. When we got home there were barely any toppings but it was an abundance of olives. Lots of the toppings were missing or scarce. That was the worse tasting pizza. The toppings tasted outdated. I will never return. I should have dropped my money on the ground at least I would have known why i didn’t receive anything for it. The reason for good customer service and food is so that the customer will return. That generates revenue. The name said Domino but the food did NOT. This store employees need more training.

  Pizza is ok. Gluten free crust is better than a lot of others. Wait times are always off. Today for example showed 11-21 minutes when ordering. I get to the store to pick up after about 15 minutes. I told them my name and I figured it wasn’t ready yet. The lady looked annoyed and just said “30 minutes” and walked off. It’s been over 40 minutes since I ordered and still no food. Terrible customer service.

  The worst place to Order a pizza. Took over 2 hours for pizza to be ready and I was only 2 blocks away. So t order online ever. It takes longer to go through. I couldn’t even get my money back as I was told this was an online order. Had no where to go to get dinner as all places were already closed. I’m eating pizza for breakfast

  I'm here right now 5:13 pm. This girl is cursing all over the place. Then she started harassing me putting ing down men in front of a small child. I told her that she was being very disrespectful and she just told me the EE men are replaceable. If she is not fired when back here, i will goo ALL over the internet and post what i heard and saw. It's the girl wth lips and nose rings. She sure is NOT representing Dominos OR the community. It's now 5:19 , my pizza was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago, but she is still yappping and cursing, NOT working.

  ordered a pizza and some bites. Got a notification saying my food was delivered. Wasnt at the door so i waited to see if the driver was coming. I waited 40 minutes and called multiple times along with my friend who sat on hold for the whole 40 mins no one ever picked up. I went to the store and asked where my food was and why i had been in hold for such a long time. The lady was nice and voided our payment and made our pizza, but while i was there for 30 mind waiting not a single person picked up the ringing phones. Absolutely horrible customer service.
