  Waiter was insanely rude. We came ordered our drinks,was ready to order our food as well she said she didnt have her tablet yet it in her had. We proceeded to order and she questioned several times if we wanted to order although we said that was it. Two of us got up to play games and she came and stood behind us as if we were leaving. Took 25 minutes to get an appetizer. We then asked for a to go box she then BRINGS OUT A DIRTY BOX! Absolutely disrespectful as you can see it was dirty closed so im not sure why she brought it out closed. Disgusting. Attitude the entire time.

  Es un lugar agradable para pasar el rato, variedad de comida, postres y bebidas Además es buen lugar para ver tus deportes favoritos, además de que ka mejor parte es el área de juegos donde pueden pasar una excelente tarde La comida realmente no fue del todo mi agrado, nilass porciones y el sabor fue de lo mejor pero es pasable La atención al cliente es muy buena, las mesetas siempre estuvieron muy atentas

  Took awhile for our food, almost 30 minutes. Had a party with 3 tables, all tables ordered separately so wasn't to much at 1 time. I ordered the ultimate Mac and cheese with bacon, added garlic toast and brisket. Order came with no brisket, waitress stated she had put it in like that. People from kitchen tried stating that it was in the Mac and cheese. Have pictures, clearly was not. Multiple people had and held plate while trying to give it back to me, the same way. I said they could have it, and we asked for a manager, the people from kitchen said ok. After 20 minutes none came till someone in our party went and found him while our waitress was going around bar to get him since been so long. PJ was great, even after I said didnt want meal he had them remake it and brought it out to go. As everyone else had already been done eating. Jenna while new did very well, mix up wasn't with her. The kitchen personel dropped the ball and tried putting fault on everyone else. PJ handled the situation, and after talking. I may actually go back again. When I got home and finally ate food was pretty good. Some of the staff as mentioned really need to figure things out or they will cause business to be lost. Had no concern for the issues at hand, attempted to give every excuse as to how it was not their fault. But clearly was. Can see description from menu, pics of menu item. And where showed about add ons, such as garlic toast and brisket. And clearly lic of plate that was brought dis not have said brisket they were still trying to charge me for.

  Horrible expierence rude hosts. The young girl with glasses gave our table away to the people behind us as my husband went to grab me as I was outside with my two year old. Don't advertise to be family friendly and then treat families like crap I will never come here again.

  The place has a really fun vibe! The food was good — I didn’t really like the nachos, but everything else was tasty. There’s a nice variety of food and drinks, so you’ve got plenty of options to choose from. What I really liked was how lively the place felt — lots of games to play and things to do, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The atmosphere is chill, the music’s good, and it’s just a nice spot to relax, eat, and have fun. Overall, a great place to spend some time, grab a bite, enjoy a few drinks, and play some games!
