Came in late in the evening. I felt terrible because they were 10 minutes from closing. But Gabby was fantastic! So so nice! Such a great spot and she is especially fantastic!

I ordered 4 veggie bowls to-go and asked for them to be made one by one so I could customize each properly. The staff refused and insisted on making all four at once. After adding rice and protein to every bowl, they then told me they were out of fajita veggies—a key ingredient in a veggie bowl. At that point, I didn’t want to waste the food, so I continued, but it already started off wrong.
The staff was unprofessional and did not give full scoops unless I asked for more—on every single item. I asked for certain toppings on the side, and they said there would be an extra charge, unlike other Chipotle locations that do it without any issue. And if you’re going to charge extra, at least give a full side portion, not a half scoop.
They were also nearly out of guacamole, and it looked like they had no plans to restock—this was around 7:45 PM, even though the store stays open until 11 PM. It felt like the team just didn’t care anymore and wanted to be done for the night.
After spending nearly $50, I left feeling unsatisfied and like I wasted my money. This isn’t the experience I expect from Chipotle, and I hope this location improves its service and consistency.

What happened this Chipotle used to be one of the best, even better than the other Savannah locations and now it’s poorly maintained and managed?? They are currently short staffed so online orders only. I understand the poor service due to lack of staff but at least some communication to the customers waiting would be nice. They were doing their best with only 3 people working but clearly they need some help they are not able to keep up. There is long wait for food due to the staffing. Food was good wouldn’t recommend dinning in as trash is everywhere.

I got home and I was excited for my food and then I received this. Giving someone a burnt quesadilla is simply wrong. Please learn to take the time out to care for people’s food.

Very dirty location. Over flowing trash cans, dirty food prep area along with a dirty area where the ready-to-serve food was located. Every table was dirty, utensil holders by the soda machine had food particles in them, not all of the meat was available, and nobody seemed to be actively fixing the problem. Chips tasted like they were a week old despite asking for a second bag.
We went at 14:00, so it’s not like it was in the middle of a lunch rush. The location was generally empty when we were there.
This franchise owner should be disgusted with their manager. Or, corporate should look at the franchise owner and take a look at this establishment.
