  I usually don’t have any issues with this Buffalo Wild Wings location. In the past, my food has always been hot and delicious, and I’ve ordered from here many times without complaint. This time, however, I placed an online order for two traditional wing orders—one without sauce and one tossed in sauce. When my husband picked up the order and brought it home, both orders had the sauce on the side, which is not what we ordered. I contacted the store to address the issue. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the person who answered the phone, but his attitude was very nonchalant and rude. He stated that “the system shows sauce on the side for both,” even after I explained that I was looking directly at my online receipt, which does not indicate that. I also paid nearly $50 for this order. When I asked if my husband could bring the wings back so they could be tossed in the sauce as originally ordered, he said yes—but only to toss the sauce onto the already-cold wings. Instead of offering to remake the order or provide fresh, hot wings prepared correctly, there was no effort made to provide a reasonable customer service solution. This experience felt very unprofessional and fell well below the standard of service I’ve received from this location in the past. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall.

  Stopped going to BWW because of poor service. Decided to stop on the drive home and watch football. All the food came out cold except one meal like it sat in the window waiting on that last meal. Server barely came to the table had to get up and ask for refills (the entire table was down to ice). The floor was trashed. Tables left dirty for hours.

  Everything was great for our party of 10! Food, service, everything! Manager went above and beyond to get us seated and get our drink orders going. My mother in law has celiac and can’t consume gluten— when I say the manager herself literally put a hair net on and cooked her meal herself!!! What amazing service! 11/10!

  Now yall know these wings are tossed improperly and yet yall still served it….got to do better. It’s not hard to toss wings in sauce and fully cover them

  Giving it one star just to make a review! PLEASE read the review before visiting or ordering from this location. I’m a big LONG time fan of BDubs and never had such a horrible experience. I ordered delivery for wedges and black bean burger and when I got my food I thought it felt a little light ! I opened my food and to my surprise I barely had any wedges in my box ! And it was cold ?! Not even warm ?! I go to open my burger box, it was missing the guacamole, onions, tomatoes, sauce and cheese ! The lettuce was slapped on ! And of course the burger was cold as well! I was really scared to eat the burger but I already paid $25 for it, I’m from out of town and don’t have anything else to eat ! Uber eats decide to give me a refund of 69 cents out of $25. Do yourself a favor and save your money please ! And after readying all these reviews! How is this place to open? Shut it down ! Because they cheating people out their money ! Serving less than what’s supposed to be served ! And sending out cold food ! Sending out sloppy food ? I’m so dissatisfied and pray my food wasn’t contaminated. If everyone food coming out cold it makes me think the food is not being cooked properly and they can cause food poisoning?! Maybe a health inspector should visit this place?!
