- TBT B4 days ago1.0Came here this past Saturday at 5pm and restaurant was half full. Hostess said it would be 25 min wait. Then proceeded to say there was only 1 server scheduled. 1 server during a Saturday!? Ended up walking next door to eat and immediately got into B&D. Pretty disappointed the last several times I’ve been here or other locations. This will be in the “last resort” for future visits.

That’s ridiculous for a simple order. I even left a tip ahead of time expecting decent service. If wait times are going to be that long, the app should let customers adjust or cancel without hassle. Very disappointing experience

I ordered your 15/15 bundle with six different flavors. The boneless wings were barley sauced. The bone in lemon pepper wings tasted plain. Out of the six flavors only 2 were worth it. The honey bbq and the garlic parm. You don't have to worry about me ordering online from BWW again. I sorry, but I don't like wasting my money like that.
