Food was good, as usual. Not one employee greeted me or said hello. After placing my order the cashier shut the cash drawer before giving me my change. She had to wait for someone to open the drawer, which took a few minutes. She did not one time apologize for her mistake or for making me wait. She was not friendly and never smiled. Terrible customer service.

If you have nothing else to do at all for the rest of the day you should go to Arby's in Pooler by far the worst I've ever seen 20 minutes not even one car's been served

Sat at the drive through for at least 5 minutes at 8pm, without a single car in the drive through so i know they werent busy, without even being acknowledged. I ended up just leaving.
