  So far, this has been the worst fast-food chain we’ve visited. The café itself is new and clean, which is a plus! The fries, peach cobbler, and mozzarella sticks were fine, but the sandwiches were a major disappointment. Apparently, you have to specifically ask for extras like cheese or vegetables, but I didn't know and wasn’t asked, so I ended up with the saddest sandwich of my life. The Italian dip was falling apart, though thankfully they remade it. Not sure what kind of meat that was, but it had little resemblance with meat.

  If you are going to talk trash about a customer who knows exactly what they ordered because they are allergic to cheese you may wanna shut the drive thru window !!!! Whoever the person is in the back making sandwiches need a lesson on customer service! Rate this place a 0 if I could’ve !!

  We had two of the Meat & 3 combos. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of food you get for $7.99. Food was hot fresh and delicious.

  Food was good, as usual. Not one employee greeted me or said hello. After placing my order the cashier shut the cash drawer before giving me my change. She had to wait for someone to open the drawer, which took a few minutes. She did not one time apologize for her mistake or for making me wait. She was not friendly and never smiled. Terrible customer service.
