My mom and I came for a visit to get our usual drinks and Amaiah was the one to hand us ours! She's so great, her attitude was eager and exceptional. She made our visit memorable.

First thing I love about them is their customer service. It's extraordinary !!! It amazes my mind that so many companies are concentrating on better customer service training to young generation and teaching them a lifelong skill. 7 brew is one of them and I would love to include Chick-fil-A with that. Secondly great coffee taste !!! It's little pricey than usual, but You can never put price on a "Cold drink" on a scorching afternoon, after work "Soothe off smoothie" after a hectic day at work, "an early morning fitness compelling caffeine intake on your day offs !!!!
Even if you don't like anything else, give it a go for the great amazing staff who are learning a lot during this experience !!!

This coffee shop was recommended to me. Their experience was so great that I felt compelled to try them out. I grabbed a friend of mine, told them to get in my truck and we headed to Pooler Parkway.
There were 2 drive thru lines, so there was no long wait at all. That was impressive. When I got to the lady taking orders I let her know it was our first time there. She recommended that we order similar orders as if we would go to Starbucks. With that, my friend orders a small latte and I get a large caramel steamer with oat milk. She hesitated because she hadn’t heard the term “steamer” before so I explained to her that it was flavored syrup, in my case the caramel, and steamed milk. She understood and rang in my order. We got our drinks shortly after paying and I drove off.
I took a sip of my drink and decided to go back through the line because my drink was half milk and half foam. When I pulled around there was a different lady taking orders so I told her, hey I want the same drink, but no foam. She told me to pull ahead to the pay station and let her co worker know. I did.
I get to the station and explain I don’t want foam. She said, okay no problem. She returned not long after with my drink. I took it from her but I was looking confused. I did not pull off. I placed my cup near my friend’s and realized that they gave me a small instead of the large I had ordered.
I then got her attention and told her it was supposed to be a large. I saw the attitude immediately. She enters into the shop where, how it’s designed, I can hear them inside talking. One young lady, looking at & talking to the lady with the attitude, asked: “What does she want, Steamer, what is that?” I was literally watching her with a disgusted look on her face as if I was requesting something from the establishment that was offensive to them. I refused to get ugly. I maintained my composure and when the lady returned with my drink I said thank you to her to let her know that I’m patient and was not going to ruin their day with an attitude. Without even looking at me, she was looking down at her screen, she quickly said “have a nice day” giving the impression that she wanted me to pull off and leave her place of work.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My passenger even said, “I’m surprised you didn’t ask for a refund the way they treated you.” What is worse is that I went to patronize this business because of someone else’s wonderful experience. My expectations were so high in excitement. And what a disappointment to experience attitude and rudeness killing your excitement. Even when you were trying to create it into a better experience by reassuring the staff that you were okay, the reciprocity was not at all welcoming.
I’m pretty sure I won’t be back, but just in case I do decide to give it another shot, I really hope it’s a better experience. And furthermore because normally the surrounding businesses offer wonderful service in Pooler, this was surprising.Maybe I will have to not order a steamer.

We typically love coming to 7brew in Pooler and will make the 30-40 minute drive just to come. Tonight we ordered two simple shakes and waited over 15 mins at the door as 10+ cars in the other line got their drinks and drove off. During that time the girls working were more worried about social hour and goofing off with each other rather than doing their job and taking care of the customers. Of course we for the “we got orders all mixed up” excuse yet we sat there watching them just dance around and goof off. It was definitely not worth the trip to Pooler tonight and I hope the manager looks into this nonsense.

Liiiiiiiisten 7 Brew I love you so much. But I got in line at 4:10 and it is 4:58. Yes, it’s busy. Yes the line was long. Yes the weather is yuck. But holy moly. 20 minutes would have been totally fine. But there are still 3 cars in front of me 50 minutes later. I really hope my coffee is good, because there was no way to get out of line once I committed 🥲
**Update: A. See the reponse below... bravo. That's great business. And B. The coffee was elite as always, so no complaints there.
