  Lovely store! I shop here quite frequently. It is located near my job, which makes it very accessible! Never overwhelmingly crowded like some other grocery stores that I shall not name. I enjoy the rewards program and being able to get a discount lovely! Most of the staff is great! Unfortunately one cashier is quite rude, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. But now on several occasions, I feel like she has been very snappy and rude. She never smiles, but she does give you an auto tone thank you when she hands you your receipt. I feel like she hates her job and she hates the customers that come in there. Other than that, like I said before the store is great and I would’ve left a 5 star review!

  I usually go inside but didn't have time today so i did a instacart order for about maybe 30 items (usually port wentworth one). The chicken i ordered wasn't the chicken I got, ordered it on Friday (February 6, 2026 & best by date was February 8, 2026), the next day my fridge started to smell sour. The chicken literally went bad within 12 hours 🤢! I ordered food lion chicken, blue package, and got a yellow package no label. I also order salad toppers and it was expired from LAST YEAR & my oonion was rotten on the inside.

  I shop at this store all the time. I'm genuinely happy. However, today, as I was shopping, I witnessed a female member of management ridiculing an employee in plain view of the publics eye! Before I could even hear what was going on, I saw the body language and knew it wasn't a good conversation. She was pointing her finger at that gentleman. #1, this should not be handled in plain view of the public, and #2, management should be a little better at confrontation. Everytime I am in that store I see that same gentleman working his behind off! It is New Years Day, be grateful he came to work and showed up! And I heard him apologize 3 times before he finally walked away, and she just continued raising her voice at him. Once he finally DID walk away, I passed her again, talking about the situation to another employee! This member of management knows exactly who she is, but to make it more clear, she had blonde hair pulled up in a bun. This angers me so much, I literally stopped shopping and stood in the aisle to place this review.
