We place the order, was asked to drive to the window and shown the card reader with the total price and then asked to acknowledge the amount of tip that we were giving. What? I haven't received my order and before receiving service your requesting a tip? I not apposed to tipping for services rendered. This is awkward to add a tip to get service. Mr. or Mrs. manager, a tip is for Gratitudity of Good Service. Charge a 10% service fee instead. It can be added to the ticket and explained on the ticket.

I had an order that I sent by app. When I pulled up the sweet girl asked is that you Mrs Tiffany then when I drove up she had my frozen coffee ready fixed top notch and because the munchkins I sent in they didnt have she compensated with another kind. She was so friendly and even wrote on my bag Wishing me to Have a great day. I hope she is able to work awhile. Great customer service.
