  Today I visited Chipotle at Savannah Quarters, and honestly, the experience was beyond frustrating. I ordered a salad, and it came out with barely any lettuce, overloaded with rice, and the steak was cold. After I had already started eating, I went back up and politely asked the employee if steak is normally served cold. She said “no”… and just walked away. No follow-up, no offer to fix it, no basic customer service at all. When I left, I called the store to speak with a manager, hoping to resolve it. Instead of handling the situation, I was accused of being rude and hung up on. I called back, and the employee who had charged me answered, immediately got defensive, told me I was “very rude,” said he wasn’t going to “play these games,” and then blocked my number. To make it worse, I was told that I was never even there—which is unbelievable considering I was literally the only person in the store around 3:10. At that point, it’s not even about the food anymore—it’s about how customers are treated. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and not even the smallest effort to make things right. Nobody even had to apologize or remake the meal—just a simple “would you like something else?” would’ve gone a long way. It honestly feels like this place is being run without any real management or understanding of customer service. It’s disappointing to see how far standards have dropped. I wouldn’t be surprised if they respond to this post in the same unprofessional way. Do better.

  It was my first time getting food at this location and although I understand how draining working in the restaurant industry can be, I felt like a burden to the 2 employees who made my order. I came in around 9:30 pm and was the only one currently in line to order. They weren’t overtly rude towards me but they never greeted me, never smiled, and acted abrupt when preparing my order. The employee who handed me my change was quick to walk off without even a look in my direction and i left feeling like serving me was a burden for them. I just clocked out after working a shift as a server. I understand the BS people have to go through working in the restaurant industry but if someone is nice to you the least you can do is be nice to them.

  Pongo una estrella porque la seguridad en la terraza exterior es deficiente. Las sillas de afuera no son aptas ni seguras para niños pequeños. Mi hijo se cayó hacia atrás por el hueco del espaldar y se golpeó la cabeza contra el suelo. Es una situación muy peligrosa que el restaurante debe corregir de inmediato cambiando el mobiliario o colocando advertencias. Como madre/padre, no recomiendo este lugar si vienes con niños pequeños debido al riesgo de accidentes

  Food is nasty customer service nasty manager Is disrespectful. I brought my food back with hair in it and Thea manger told me I was gone too long for it to be hair in my food showed her my food and receipt still gave me an attitude.
