  Horrible! I will never return. Bathroom was disgusting and service was even worse. I waited beyond my pickup time for my burrito while I watched the crew walk back n forth talking and cleaning. No one acknowledged me as I stood in front of the register. Then I spoke up to tell them I had a pickup order and the girl with the flower in her hair cut me off and said yea I know… then proceeded to take dirty containers to the back while I sit there and continue to wait… no other customers here by the way.. I finally spoke up again and asked how much longer as they talked back n forth. The girls attitude was so bad that I assumed maybe she is having a bad day. So when she handed me my food I said thank you.. I’m sorry are u having a bad day? As nice as I could with as upset as I was and she said no not really… I really tried to give her a pass.. food was cold of course and my experience was all around the worst ever!

  Absolute worst Chipotle ... they always have signs up for you to order on the app because they are short staff. What's the difference between me ordering in person and on the app. I want to see my food be made. I'm not ordering on an app when I'm standing in the restaurant. Lazy management.

  Read the reviews before you go. If you can't take pride in cleaning the store,what is the food like? And it was carry out only and the store was still dirty. Seems like it's an ongoing issue and no one cares. Was carry out only. If we would have known this oalfe was a dump we wouldn't have wasted our money.

  They had a sign on the door that said that you couldn’t order in the store. So we had to walk in, sit there, and order online while sitting inside the restaurant (even though it was staffed). Was weird but not a big deal, though. However next day.. let’s just say stuff got ugly (two people that ate here experienced this). This branch is probably understaffed and needs to refine their food safety practices 👎

  Only doing online orders. I ordered a watermelon lemonade and got an empty cup in my bag.. almost left with no drink. Didn’t get a refund and had to leave with a bottled coke. I filled the cup because they owed me money which technically my money was stolen. Entire staff rude to me and other customers , trying to avoid customers. Not to mention it’s not even a quesadilla?! What is this abomination?!! On top of this the food was open and got grease and salsa all over my car. DO NOT GO. Won’t be back at this location
