  I’m usually a big fan of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain but this location has always given me horrible service and food quality numerous times. Specifically on this occasion the waitress Keke had a horrible attitude when we were getting to go. There were no patrons dining in and we sat down at a table to wait for to go right next to the to go counter. They said kitchen was backed up and my food came out 30 minutes late, so we just sat at a table to wait. She came over and told us we had to stand even though there was no patrons coming in to eat, but there was 15 people in the to go waiting area packed like sardines. The table stayed empty the entire time we waited for to go.

  This place genuinely has the worst service every time I come. Once our server was high and couldn't get our order right. She kept having to start over & legitimately wrote it down wrong 4 separate times. To go always takes 30 minutes longer than it’s estimated. Today we came at the correct time for pick up, and they told us that the kitchen was really backed up and it would be a while. There were maybe 5 tables with people sitting so there was not really a reason for the kitchen to be backed up. We sat down at a table near the to go area because there was no one else actually eating in the restaurant. A server came over & told us to move and we had to stand because we ordered to go. There were 2 tables on that entire side of the restaurant that had people dining in. We wouldn’t mind standing if the restaurant was busy, but there were only empty tables. Unfortunately just ridiculous and there are better places to get wings that don’t have the worst service ever

  Well. Bartender took over 5 minutes. Then didn’t know how to pour a draft. Then 10 wings came out. 9 drum. 1 flat. Plus the color was very brown. Had to explain to bartender that the wings should be golden brown and not road rash red. She really struggled with her duties. Definitely needs more training. Ramekins weren’t labeled. 4/8/26 at 8:23 PM. Bartender didn’t introduce herself. 2/5 Stars. You can do better Alia

  This place is gross. If they’re comfortable letting customers use these slimy bathrooms, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. And no one taught the nice bartender how to pour a beer. Another customer had to help him because he kept pouring beers that were half foam.

  I order from Bdubs at least once from door dash every weekend and this is ridicules to me I ordered an all American and didn’t even get the top bun how is it that I pay for the food and don’t get the whole thing I’m a loyal costumer and can’t get treated like one
