    Set at the drive-thru 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge I was even here kept saying hello hello no one answered. You're around to the window nobody had a headset on so I came back around to get in line now I'm two cars behind. Called the customer service number The lady there at like I was irritating her and just hung up on me after we finished talking right even saying goodbye or thank you or anything. It's funny how people don't care about their jobs until a company goes out of business or store clothes they don't have a job anymore and then they wonder why when customers stop coming cuz of horrible service. I think I'll just give up and go somewhere else last night was not bad but this is crazy.

    March 20, 2026, the staff was absolutely amazing, have not been more pleased with a full front of house group ever. If this was my local Joint, I would be there weekly.

    General manager was the worst. Had the worse idea and delivered the must unpleasant customer service ever at the Pooler Arby's location.

    I ordered using Door Dash. They called and said they were out of an item and the guy was being very nice and accommodating. In the background, the manager Eric, was talking loudly and that he had already talked to me and explained to me what was going on. He was incredibly rude. I tried to call the restaurant to figure out the confusion and nobody answered. The driver changed and another one went to the restaurant to get the one meal that was not cancelled. The manager told her there was nothing they could do and shut the window in her face.

    i got arby’s doordashed to my job today SO MUCH HAIR in my burger i normally try to ignore it but 5 little pieces of hair is hard to ignore ..
