  Today is the 10th time in a row where I not only received COLD breakfast sandwiches AND hashbrowns, but also had to ask for all of the items to complete my order. There’s NEVER any ice cream, for wahtever reason. And the bedside manner of the person at the 2nd window is that of a wet cardboard box. It has been this way for over two years now. The management should really get new people who care about good service.

  Edit: I already have reached out to the customer care team, and was told “it was forwarded to local management for them to contact me” which has not happened either. Have customer care case number for my complaint as well. Ordered two K-pop demon hunters nugget meals, both sets of nuggets were severely undercooked, rubbery and pink and cold in the middle. Tried calling this store for 30 mins and nobody answered. Submitted a complaint online, got email that “we forwarded this to store leadership who will reach out to you about it” and here 4 days later nothing yet. Poor customer service even from a fast food chain, and especially dealing with undercooked foods that could give someone food poisoning, I feel that should be taken seriously.

  20+ minute wait on a Sunday morning. Do not come here if you have an appointment. This location is slower than the people who drive here. If I was the manager I would cut my losses and shut this location down just to consolidate talent in the local WR area.

  Just went through drive through. Got a 20 piece nugget. COLD AND DISGUSTING… I think 0 stars are rewarded.

  Don’t go here unless you want to sit in line for 20 mins. They leave out half your order so check it thoroughly. Don’t use the McDonalds App, when they leave out items they tell you to request a refund on the App, but the App tells you to request refunds at the store. Common items are “unavailable” most of the time so that’s another reason to not go here. The drive through workers are the worst and don’t even greet you, they just hand you the bag and close the window. Avoid this location…
