    I had the most amazing experience at this McDonald’s, super fast and friendly staff, especially Tika. If you’re having a bad day, thanks Tika will flip it around just like that!

    Ordered a hot latte got a cold one. Ordered a McMuffin with no cheese. Got cheese. How hard is it to read a order in a screen

    No soft drink station, busy, which is understandable, the employees worked hard, but cant even get ketchup, condiments, refills, etc without having to spend 10+ minutes waiting at the front. My friend couldn't even get their drinks before we had to go. ignored everyone asking for drinks and just went on with what they were doing. The atmosphere was gloomy, as everyone was tired waiting for food, and there was no self serving station. In summary, make more stations like soft drink machines, napkins, condiments, and more.

    I went thru Drive thru Friday on 9/12 around 1 pm and had to wait for order they brought it out i put my hand all in the bag looking for ketchup that request and no ketchup and realized it was not even my order walked in and gave bag back and said politely this is not mine then a rude employee took the bag gave me my order then took the wrong order I had my hands all in out to the car behind me that ... so to the car behind me Friday I had my hands all In your Fench fries thinking it was my order. I have been a manager for fast food for years and when that happens your suppose to replace order ..that's nasty !!!! And to be rude to customers no wonder you have issues!
