- SSSam SalterOct 30, 20252.0I have been going to this location every week twice, sometimes three times a week for months. It started going down once the old manager left. There would be signs on the door “short on help” so you would have to go to the drive thru and take forever. They never have what you order online and the drinks (the same drink) never taste the same. Other locations take things off the menu when they don’t have it but not this one. Other locations also have great, consistent drinks every time. The employees all have nasty attitudes and don’t care what they serve or how they act. Maybe it’s time for the owners to make some changes before the doors close permanently. I’ve never seen any upper management in this location.
- KMKat MoyaOct 29, 20251.0So I hate to be that person and I understand having new cashiers make mistakes but it's a mangers or other workers job to stand next to them and help them learn and they miscounted my change since I ordered separate orders and I had to correct her on the change and I know how to count change since I work in food as well and when I asked for a straw they just told me to go and then they also forgot one of my food items which is a common mistake I didn't care about that but then I asked to talk to a manger and she just kept of using the excuse that "she was new" but didn't bother to remake one of my drinks and the new girl rung it up wrong
