  I’ve visited this Dunkin’ location many times when I travel to Georgia—about two to three times a year—and I’ve always had positive experiences. The service and staff have consistently been great, which is why this past weekend’s experience was so disappointing. I was there with my children, and an interaction involving a manager and my 12-year-old autistic son was handled very poorly. While waiting for our order, my son briefly placed his foot on a table. Before his father or I could correct him—something we absolutely do not allow anywhere, including at home—the manager yelled at him from the counter, saying, “Sir, can you get your foot off our furniture?” I am not saying the manager was wrong to address the behavior, but the way it was done was completely inappropriate. Speaking to a child in that tone, especially from across the room, is unacceptable. While she did not know my son is autistic, her choice of words and delivery were not appropriate for any child. Regardless of personal stress or a bad day, professionalism should always be maintained in the workplace. This interaction deeply upset my son. He became embarrassed, shut down emotionally, and didn’t know how to respond. It was heartbreaking to witness. I truly believe this manager would benefit from additional training in customer service—particularly when it comes to interacting respectfully with children and families. Given my many positive experiences at this location in the past, I hope this feedback is taken seriously so similar situations can be avoided in the future.

  The girls at this location have a smart mouth. I had a question about one of the drinks and in a condescending voice the girl over the intercom said “go ahead” as if she was annoyed. If I’m being honest all the restaurants in that shopping plaza, on that side of the bridge, besides the Italian ice, have bad customer service and not the best tasting food.

  2/7/26-mobile order of lg.refresher and LG. Cold brew. They didn't fill the cups up to the top as other Dunkin do.

  We ordered: an avocado toast, no bacon; a chocolate donut; a sweet tea. We received: an avocado toast with bacon; a vanilla donut; a sweet tea that tastes like soap.
