First off they don't know how to work there register, second the manager(which they will not give you there names) the heavy set African American chic has such a NASTY DISPOSTION ABOUT HERSELF, AND A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! I WILL NEVER SPEND NO MORE MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! They seem like they don't want to be there and all of them are so unprofessional! No one wants to give you a name, the corporate office number to report them, or nothing. But FYI, we got it and thank goodness for phones, because a picture was taken of the RUDE MANAGER, WHICH THIS WILL BE SENT TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM A -0!

I asked for a refund she stated with an attitude “only a manager can give a refund.” I asked for the manager she states “the manager is gone for the day.” I asked could she call the manager. She replied I called the manager and he said it will tomorrow to get a refund. The manager name is Bobby. This was the worst service. Oh I forgot to mention the new sandwich was cold!!
