The front door was locked, but I seen that you all didn't close until 10pm right then I wanted to go to a different place to grab something to eat. I proceeded to go through the drive thru. When the lady came on the speaker I could tell she wasn't having a good night because she was so aggressive while I was placing my order, after every item she ask, "that's it?!" I was thinking it was a high school kid just ready to get off, but it was a older lady when I got to the window. I couldn't remember if I was at Arby's or my local bar. She reeked of alcohol and had a very bad attitude. I couldn't even eat my food when I got to the house because I couldn't believe that Arby's would have that type of customer service. I only came up there for the new loaded Italian sandwich.
- TLTania LloydAug 29, 20251.0Absolutely horrible. I was greeted in such a nasty way. She just said Arbys, no may I help you. Her attitude was dry as if I was bothering her. To top it off I was extremely sick after eating the food. I wouldn't be surprised if they served out of date food.
