- CWChristopher WhislerMar 13, 20261.0I had a little hiccup running late to pick up my order one Friday morning and they gave my $75 order away to someone without verifying their phone number or receipt or identity. I order $400 to $500 worth of breakfast burritos from this Chick-fil-A every month. The manager, Steve Richardson, did eventually remake my order and send me on my way but only after telling me that he would make sure to review the security video. He also repeatedly accused me of being rude when in fact I was only trying to be curt with my answers because I had five different people ask me the same questions about my missing burritos that morning. I did not appreciate the way he was insinuating that I would send someone else to come pick up my burritos and then come in myself to try to get more burritos for free? Why would I try to scam a store that I purchase $500 worth of burritos at every month? In the end though they did remake my order. I cannot wait to see Steve and ask him how his video investigation went. I'm 6'3, 300 lb, heavily tattooed, and in a company shirt and company truck. I'm very recognizable and I'm not trying to scam burritos in a company shirt, in a company truck especially when I buy over $100 worth of burritos every week. If Steve can be the better person and apologize to me I will promptly change this review. If you are placing a catering order I highly recommend you give your first and last name and possibly a physical description of what you look like so that you're not give your order away.

- STSamara TerryMar 9, 20263.0I ordered a Southwest Salad today and when I went to eat my salad I noticed it was missing chicken filets. I look at the top to see they gave me a southwest salad base special order from a guy named Charles. Charles if you’re out there, your Chick Fil A order sucks :p
