- ACAshley CFeb 22, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this location. Normally I stop here almost every single day after my son gets out of school & always have a pleasant time. I even have a great connection with some of the empolyees. I went through the drive thru at dinner. After having to repeat myself multiple times, I finally got my order. I pulled up & parked to make sure it was all there. Realized I was missing a burrito. So I drove back through the drive thru to get my missing burrito. The managers asked for my bag back at the window, snatched it out of my hand, pulled all the item out, opens them, put them back into the bag & shoved the bag back at me. Gave me the bag back telling me to check myself again cause the burrito was in there. So I pulled it all out the bag again & showed her I only had 2/3 burritos. She was so rude & I was even telling them at the window I have NEVER had any issues with daytime shift. She was way too rude & aggressive. She made me feel like I was lying, trying to steal & made me very uncomfortable. As I am coming to leave this report I also seen someone else has had a similar experience. I am stealing their photo off their review so you are aware of who I am speaking about. She needs to find a job she enjoys if she’s unhappy & can’t fake a smile until she’s off work. I won’t be returning until I see she’s no longer working here.
